Diets
Excluding some of all animal products is a choice, which may stem from ethical, health, or environmental motivations.
Whilst plant-based diets can be nutritionally adequate, they do require sufficient planning to avoid
deficiencies in Vitamin B12, iron, zinc, calcium, essential amino acids and omega-3 fatty acids, especially for vegans.
