PM Dietary Services offers qualified, all-round nutrition care via Telehealth and visits to home, community and RACFs. Knowledgeable and evidence-based advice can improve the health and overall wellbeing of everyone, with particular focus on ageing individuals and NDIS participants. We also assist RACFs in meeting the requirements of the new Strengthened Aged Care Standards, which came into effect on November 1st 2025. We believe in a food-first approach to support complex needs with empathy.
Telehealth appointments can be scheduled
as a Zoom videocall or phone call. Languages spoken: English, Italian, German, Spanish.
Based in the Inner East of Melbourne (Australia) and are available for home visits within Melbourne Metro and surrounding areas. NDIS registered provider.
We service Melbourne Metropolitan Area aged care homes for residents’ nutritional assessments and for menu audits. Registered NDIS provider.
