Diet

FODMAPs are sugars, starches and fibre found in food or food additives, which in some people cause irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
IBS can create problems with motility (that is how food moves through the digestive system) and increased sensitivity in the stomach wall. In people who suffer from IBS, eating foods high in FODMAPs is likely to have consequences including bloating, abdominal pain and cramps, diarrhoea, constipation. We can help to identify the specific ingredients and foods you are more sensitive to and to reduce IBS symptoms
